Description
Pomalidomide, the active ingredient in Pomalid 4mg Capsule, is an immunomodulatory agent that works by helping the bone marrow produce normal blood cells and by killing abnormal cells in the bone marrow. It is typically used in combination with dexamethasone for patients who have received at least two prior therapies, including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor, and have demonstrated disease progression on or within 60 days of completion of the last therapy.
